The crepe pan is 28cm across and Resto lists it at just 2.7cm high, so a spatula slides easily under a crepe, pancake or flatbread. It sits alongside the 24cm, 26cm and 28cm Sadr frypans, which have deeper sides for frying and searing.

The 5mm base has a 243mm induction disc and an anti-deformation disk for induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs. Resto describes the Queenhome coating as water-based and resistant to corrosion and abrasion, and the wood-grain Bakelite handle has a hanging loop for hook storage.

The Sadr pans are not for oven use, and we recommend hand washing over the dishwasher to protect the aluminium base.
